Terms of Service:
- All reservations are subject to 20% gratuity
- All rates are subject to 13% Harmonized sales tax (HST)
- Additional Fee for pickups from Toronto Pearson Airport ( Charged by Toronto Pearson Airport Authorities )
- Fee will be applied for the use of Highway 407 ETR as per their rates ( if used )
- Additional charges apply for an extra stop on the way to your destination
Cancellation Policy and Charges:
- All No-Shows will apply a 100% fare charge plus taxes
- Rates are approximate and maybe subject to change depending on drop off and pickup address
- If the scheduled pickup is canceled at the time of scheduled pick-up time, a 100% fare charge plus taxes will apply as a last-minute cancellation fee
Meet & Greet Service
Pearson Black Bird Limousine offers first-class meet & greet limousine services. You will be met at the airport to help you quickly through the airport and take care of receiving your luggage. They then escort you to your limousine, ready to take you quickly to your destination.
Our Chauffeur We provides ground transportation services for board meetings, large and small conferences, or special events. Each person in your group will be served and treated individually. Pearson Black Bird Limousine staff will work with you throughout the program, whether you need to arrange DCA car service, other airport pickups, and drop-offs, the hotel meets and greet, or PR coordination of the proper meeting time and location. We are available at any time to answer any of your questions.
